Collageville acknowledges the obligation to take all appropriate steps to protect your personal data, both on-line and off-line.

When you pay with PayPal your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, and are encrypted using the industry standard VeriSign SSL encryption. You are protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account, as PayPal sends an e-mail confirmation of every account transaction.

Data Privacy Statement
This Data Privacy Statement sets out how collageville will use the information that is submitted via the website www.collageville.com, or via post to P.O. Box 10032, Dublin 6, Ireland. Collageville does not use cookies to collect information from site visitors’ computers.

Information provided to collageville is used for the purposes of filling orders and to notify customers of sales, promotional and / or special offers only. Collageville stores paper records of all orders, including contact details, and keeps an electronic record of e-mail addresses, but does not keep an electronic database of complete customer information.

Collageville will never share, sell or transfer your personal information with or to any third party for any purpose. From time to time customers may be contacted by collageville, via e-mail, to be notified of sales, promotional or other special offers, unless they indicate a preference not to be contacted for these purposes.

All electronic payments are made via PayPal. As it is necessary to provide certain information to PayPal for payment purposes you can view their privacy statement by clicking here.

Customers have the right, at any time, to access the personal data that collageville holds about them by furnishing collageville with a written request, or via e-mail, and there is no fee for providing this information. Collageville is concerned to ensure that at all times such personal data as we hold about customers is accurate, up to date and is not in excess of what collageville requires to enable customers to avail of our services. Therefore, if your personal information changes, or indeed if you no longer wish to receive communications from collageville, please let us know and we will correct, update or delete your personal data as appropriate. This can be done by writing to us at P.O. Box 10032, Dublin 6, Ireland, or by e-mailing the request to info@collageville.com.

The collageville website contains links to other websites and collageville is not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, including PayPal. This Data Privacy Statement applies solely to information that is submitted to collageville by users of collageville services.

Terms & Conditions

collageville is authorised to perform any and all necessary work on submitted image(s) to fulfil an order.
The person submitting an image or images to collageville affirms that no image or images are copyrighted and collageville is not in breach of any applicable copyright laws, legislation or regulations by working on or with the image(s).
collageville reserves the right to refuse service in cases of images that portray obscenity, pornography and / or illegal activity, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by collageville.
All orders must contain a valid e-mail address. If the contact e-mail address is invalid the order will be cancelled automatically.
Following receipt of an order collageville issues a PayPal request for payment to the e-mail address provided. Work begins on orders when the PayPal payment is received by collageville. If customers prefer not to pay electronically please see number 21 below.
On mail orders that include photographs or images on disk collageville doesl not accept responsibility for photos or disks lost in the post en route to collageville or being returned to customers.
Special orders and the cost of photo restorations must be agreed in advance via e-mail.
Cancellation fees are contingent upon whether or not work has commenced on an order and whether or not a draft jpeg has been issued to the customer.
All refunds will be made to customers in kind, minus any applicable charges and fees.

After an order is placed collageville will send a link to the draft version of the work to the e-mail address provided no longer than 7 - 10 working days after the PayPal payment is received, and often sooner. Working days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays as set forth by the Republic of Ireland.
Following receipt of the link to the draft work the customer has five (3) working days to approve the work or to request changes via e-mail. Working days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays as set forth by the Republic of Ireland.
In cases where no approval or request for changes is received by collageville, via e-mail, in relation to draft work it will be taken on the fourth (4th) working day after issue that the work is approved. Working days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays as set forth by the Republic of Ireland.
In cases where changes in relation to draft work are desired the customer must e-mail collageville within three (3) working days of receiving the first draft and specify in the e-mail what is to be changed or altered. A link to the revised draft, based on what is specified in the e-mail, will be e-mailed to the customer within three (3) working days of collageville receiving the e-mail requesting changes. In cases where no approval or request for further changes is received by collageville via e-mail it will be taken on the fourth (4th) working day that the work is approved. Working days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays as set forth by the Republic of Ireland.
Should requested revisions require a significant amount of work that exceeds the scope of the original order customers may be advised of additional charges in advance of the revisions being executed.
If changes requested through the revisions' process result in fewer images being used in a collage than were originally submitted this will not affect the price of the collage. Prices are based on the number of images submitted when a collage is ordered and will not be reduced should the customer decide to use fewer images in the final composition.

Following approval of work a final jpeg will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided, and where appropriate, a print or prints will be issued to the mailing address given, via An Post (the Irish postal service).
Due to the fact that each and every screen / monitor / visual display unit (VDU) displays colour differently, it is understood and accepted that collageville cannot guarantee that a print will exactly colour match images displayed on customers’ screens / monitors / VDUs. It is unlikely, however, that any variations in colour will be great.
All prices are in euros as listed on the pricing page at the time of order, except in cases of special orders and photo restorations where a price quote has been given to the customer.
Prices do not include postage and packaging which will not usually exceed €8, unless the order is for multiple items or a rush order has been agreed with collageville. In these cases customers may be advised of additional shipping costs.
collageville accepts payment via PayPal, bank drafts and international money orders in euro.
Orders placed with a non-electronic payment method, i.e. bank draft or international money order, require a 50% down payment before work commences, and the remaining 50% payment made before the final jpeg and print are issued. All bank drafts / international money orders should be made out to Tara Keogh.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of collageville.
