Collageville acknowledges the obligation to take all appropriate steps to protect our clients' personal data, both on-line and off-line.

All payments are accepted through PayPal.  PayPal uses industry standard VeriSign SSL encryption to protect your credit card and bank account details.  Collageville never sees, and does not have access to, these details.

Information provided to Collageville is used for the purposes of filling orders and notifying clients of sales and promotional offers only. Collageville will never share, sell or transfer your personal information with or to any third party for any purpose.

Collageville has links to other websites, and Collageville is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Collageville is authorized to perform any and all necessary work on images submitted with an order.

The person submitting an image or images to Collageville affirms that Collageville is not in breach of any applicable copyright laws, legislation or regulations by working on or with the image(s).

Collageville reserves the right to refuse service in cases of images that portray obscenity, pornography and/or illegal activity, or for any other reason deemed legitimate by Collageville.

Collageville grants clients a non-commercial, limited use, license with all our work. Clients are free to use and share the jpeg in a personal capacity.  This includes, and is limited to, making prints for personal use, sharing the jpeg in a personal capacity, displaying the jpeg in a personal digital frame, and publishing the jpeg on a personal website.   Commercial uses of copyrighted Collageville work are not covered by this limited license and are prohibited.

Collageville will agree to licensing of copyrighted work for commercial and other purposes, so long as the proper negotiations have taken place in advance.

All orders must be placed using a valid e-mail address.  If the contact e-mail address is invalid the order will be cancelled automatically.

Following receipt of an order Collageville issues a PayPal payment request and an invoice to the e-mail address provided.  Work begins on orders when PayPal informs Collageville that the payment has been received, or is pending.

Collageville will provide a pdf of draft work on all orders no more than seven to ten working days (working days are Monday - Friday) after work has commenced on the order.  Clients have two working days to respond with an approval of the design or to request changes.  When the design is approved Collageville will e-mail a full resolution jpeg to the e-mail address provided and send the print or prints to the mailing address provided.

Due to the fact that each and every screen / monitor / visual display unit (VDU) displays color slightly differently, it is understood and accepted that Collageville can not, and does not, guarantee that a print will exactly color match the pdf or jpeg viewed on a screen. It is unlikely, however, that any color variations will detract from the quality of our work.
